update pubspec.yaml | update used http package version #37

update the http package to the newest version in order to avoid conflicts in further usage of the youtube_api package

used package version: 0.12.0+1 newest version: 0.13.3

fixed the issue and moved to https://github.com/nstack-in/youtube_api
