Fix line breaks before end of subquestion #17

Figure out how to gobble line breaks before a \end{subquestion} so that they don’t screw up the positioning of the number of marks. A similar issue seems to arise with lgrind’ed listings that appear at the end of questions (but this actually causes things to break).

Note that the latter problem (lgrind listings breaking things) is almost certainly a manifestation of #28.

A solution could be to add an adjust marks position key, whose value is a ± number representing the number of lines to adjust the marks position vertically. This would enable us to manually adjust the position of marks following something like an itemize. However, this could suffer the same issues with marking schedule as for #26. (See also #9. Fixing this is probably the ultimate solution.)
