Customisable paper prefix in title block #30

This has been removed as of 2015 (?).

Could fix this by adding a \papercodeprefix that contains text to go before the paper code in the title box. In previous years this would have defaulted to “Paper”, but can now default to empty. That way if things change again in future, end-users would at least have a mechanism to patch the change on the fly without having to hack the document class.

(You could even have a \papercodesuffix, for that matter.)

Note that “Paper” was removed in v2.3.1, but the above idea is still sensible from the point of view of flexibility.
