A better alternative might be to simply ignore questions specified with zero marks; it’s not as if it really makes much sense to print out “(0 marks)” for such questions anyway!
(Side note: the documentation currently says “If [the number of marks] argument is left empty it will default to zero.” However, doing so fails with a “Missing number, treated as zero.”)
OK, now I’m confused: it appears that the empty default of zero does work. Not sure why it didn’t before…
