For example, some years ago we were told we now had to include the semester in the page header, e.g., “INFO 201 (Semester One)”, regardless of whether the paper was offered in multiple semesters. Now (as of 2021) we have been told to remove this! 😡🤬 (Unclear whether this applies to all papers, or only those offered in one semester, but the documentation doesn’t appear to mention including the semester in the header at all.)
A proliferation of pgfkeys options can be used to resolve this, e.g., something like include semester in header for the above.
Currently there’s a lot of hard-coded stuff in things like the title page, which makes it difficult to customise or remove items without redefining the entire
