stdin/stdout I/O? #15

This would use a filename of -. Not sure if this is useful or not. I’m not even sure how this works with ffmpeg anyway. You can definitely read data from stdin, but you need to specify the input type. Not sure if you can output to stdout at all.

After several weeks using the script, I can’t really see a use case for adding this.
