Currently the options are order-dependent and fragile. We should have the following:
[x] -y/--year: Specify the year to create links for. Technically this is really the name of the directory that contains the individual paper directories rather than the year, so perhaps -f/--folder could be a useful synonym.
[x] -p/-papers: List of directory names for each individual paper.
[x] -l/--linknames: List of names for symbolic links, in the same order as the list of directory names (-p). This should fix #1.
