Incorrect setting for dynaudnorm b option

The code currently sets this as b=y, but it looks like it should be b=1. Oddly this only seems to affect older versions of FFmpeg?

Appears to work correctly in both version 4.1.4 and 2.8.15 (Ubuntu’s heavily outdated versions strike again).
