Launching multiple compose files rewrites addresses to the last found service #3

Since the discovered services are not filtered the last hostupdater run will overwrite all hostnames found in the previous stacks :thinking:

Implementing a filter would do the trick. Also creating some additional documentation on the two ways to use the hostupdater for traefik
