Support for Angular 14 #310

Hi @ceelian quite excited about the release 🎉 We'll be working through the updates this month; Sounds like Nx may release official support sometime next week and once that lands we'll be able to target it.

This summer we're refactoring to use @nrwl/devkit fully and along the way will probably work in some unique angular v14 things or options.
