Every time I boot up things look fine, but after moving my mouse over a launcher or window, it turns bright blue and so it's impossible to tell if I have any open windows for that program, or how many, without hovering over it (in the following image, I have 3 firefox windows open):
The style of the hover popup has also changed drastically:
I don't have a screenshot from before, but this is not what it used to look like at all.
I'm using Xubuntu 20.04.2, and this started about an hour ago (at some point after an update to the docklike taskbar this morning), and was working fine after the download for a bit though; the docklike taskbar then flickered off briefly and then came back on behaving like this.
