Sometimes using the site-provided theme-color is not the best idea, especially when the user wants their toolbar to blend in with their site.

Some example sites:

reddit.com - white, despite subreddits being able to use different colored themes
arstechnica.com - black, even if the white-on-black theme is disabled by default on desktop
androidpolice.com - blue, despite not using it on header or favicon

Figured out it's already there on 3.0b1: uncheck Use colors defined by the web page when available.
