Weird uncolored top part of the tab with proton-australis custom userchrome.css

To get a complete vivaldi look, we need rounded corners, we can achieve this with photon-australis custom userchrome (https://github.com/wilfredwee/photon-australis), but it doesn't play along quite nicely with vivaldi-fox on the top part of the tab

Sure, is the one in proton-australis git (https://github.com/wilfredwee/photon-australis), but added rounded searchbar for more vivaldi feel ;)
