Extensions to the current SEIR model #4

Based on the video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6Hr69JH_wA, we are aiming to extend the current SEIR model used in the simulation

  1. Stochastic simulation to estimate Epidemic risks within the refugee camp
  2. Age contact matrix included in the age structure of the population
  3. Have another pathway for asymptomatically infected people

I will be working on 1 according to the code here (https://github.com/HopkinsIDD/covidKutupalong) tailored to our model

Stochastic simulation only affects the dynamics of the epidemics at the start of the outbreak thus will be parked for now
