adblock not giving 'blocked' webpage. #30

Whilst the DNS list is working fine, and redirecting to the right place, the start up sequence is not getting adblockhttpd going ...

Manual starting:

# /usr/sbin/rc_app/rc_adblock start
httpd running on port 8105

Works fine.

OK, it seems that the lightweight http server being used for this stops sometimes. Probably easier to build httpd into a new version of busybox and then use that.

Problem with the above: that would mean having a busybox permanently running just for the httpd server. Going back to tuning our single output file httpd server.
