Morning devotions trigger 4 notifications each #3

Each morning devotion triggers four (4) notification:

. Two at 7am . Two at 8:02am

Really it should only be one.

At what time should it trigger?

EXamination reveals that a person receives a notification for each nation that have ever bee associated with. Work being done to make it only current nation, which will reduce it to single notification for the vast majority of people.

When that is released, this issue will close and an enhancement issue will open with the idea for people of multiple actions to select which nations they get alerts for.
