10 years ago Yes, you are right. In IVI, for the time being, car makers mainly develops its UI on e.g. Qt not only X. However, it is one of TODO for me.

Using weston 1.5.0 with patches for ivi-shell, weston150_ivi-shell_v6, XWayland is not supported.
