`config.json` is empty #20

Right now, config.json is empty. Do we want to include DecoDen details or skip writing it entirely?

Config file is intended to save the parameters of the command to ensure reproducibility afterwards. As it is currently not in use, I removed the code and will update in preparation for the release of the first version of DecoDen.
