Should Start-Transcript be put in the ScratchDisk as well?

Sorry, could you create a pull request with these changes again? Seems like they have been overwritten and it would be nice to bring it back in the latest release. Thanks!

Just now seeing this. The script does look it it's been restored though. Sorry about the delay :(
