Creator UX improvement proposal #16

I believe it is not obvious that the creator does insert cell in between the existing one as it mostly overlap the cell above it.

May I suggest a small indication like for example this, which convey "i'm going to do something between these cells" ? indoc-proposal

Certainly some kind of animation would be really helpful here. There's another issue out there where someone suggested that the cell creator be a wider collection of two button, possibly with the literal text Markdown and Code so that they require less precision.
