Remove docs/package.json #617

There is another bug on the website that appeared after #615 was merged. It was hard to spot it because it required completely clean environment. This time I'm fixing this kind of things once and for all: by using a single source of truth which is the root package.json.

I've updated the old docs to use React Router v6 since the website uses it and I didn't want to keep two separate versions of the router. The root package.json also got "alias" field which is only used by Parcel to make sure that the website knows where to look for Semiotic. At this point I think I'm gonna make it so package.json does not contain all the unrelated details when publishing to NPM. Gonna open a PR for that the next time we'll cut a new release.
