Creates a directory in components called Axis containing
- Axis.tsx - the Axis react code majority
- Axis.test.js - the axis test file: including a handful more tests
- axisTitle.tsx - the axis "title" broken out into a component file, used when the label prop is passed to the Axis component
- summaryGraphic.tsx - code broken out into a component file, used when marginalSummaryType && xyPoints are given s props to the Axis component
