AudioCustom is missing waveFormPath

If AudioCustom is missing waveFormPath, this results in an un-parseable file

[hapi] HapticDictionaryReader.mm:252   -[HapticDictionaryReader parseEvent:withBaseURL:]: ERROR: Custom event is missing its audio resource path
