Installation instructions in README #18

I forget what I'm supposed to do to install the plugin. The boy needs a walkthrough.

Hopefully the new info in the README helps; if you're still using Chrome and need me to dig up the URL for the private listing, I can do that. And the server is erroring out right now; I'll have to sort that out before having the extension installed is useful again.
