Allow certain lines to be fit separately at both Cell and say LPV pressures to address extra-cavity absorption. This requires:
Support for '+ P2' option on PTEfile statement
Support for '+P2' option on a line definition
Processing of the additional input column from PTE file
Note that this is a kluge. A better approach is to independently define two cavities: a pre-cavity and the main absorption cell. These would have all the cell parameters defined and have independent P and T values. The pre-cavity could then be characterized as a simple absorption (funcnoskew) while the cell might be ICOS (funcskew).
Some additional thought is required for reinjection.
