Optimizers: Store all outputs in a single directory

This is just to keep things from getting out of hand in the main directory.

What gets stored:

• icosfit configuration files
• ICOSout directories
• generated baseline files
• Saved object
• Sub-sample PTE file
• Other?

Side effects:

• baseline files will be created in current directory. Need to be moved into subdir
• baseline files in subdirs cannot be directly referenced from fitline
  • OK during optimization, as we can reference file in subdir
