Valve is not switching #1

Neither valve 1 nor valve 2 energizes the valve. May be due to an assembly issue on the valve board.

Issue was with a resistor on the solenoid driver board that was preventing enough power from energizing the valve. Terry shorted the resistor and the valve is now actuating fine as Valve 1
