Zero MFC Flow Issues #3

The zero MFC (5000 sccm FS) flow being readout by the MFC is significantly less than the setpoint. For instance, when the setpoint was set at 5000 sccm, the actual flow being read out was 20-50 sccm.

Again, let's check the voltage being reported from the flow controller and confirm the conversion for the device.

Was a cylinder attached for this test? If not, there would be no flow. Or if flow was blocked for another reason...
