Bugs introduced in V1.5.0 #11

[X] IPnum displays as '*' frequently (was not masked correctly)
[x] BCtr_LasIn_mW is zero although LasIn_mW is non-zero
[x] LasOut_mW is pegging?
[x] NptsOn = 32104 and NPtsOff = 2052 in display, but are apparently set to normal values
[x] TMA syntax error setting online position (missing 'Position')

BCtr_LasIn_mW is not reporting correctly, displaying zero even though good data is being reported in BCtr_Bins. Need to recompile and revisit that. There was a typo, fixed on hclgse, but I doubt that's the problem. solved: BCtr_power() function had not return value.

Both power meters are pegging, reporting more than 1.25 V.

dacscan.tmc and dacscan_col.tmc need to be fixed for NPts_Online/Offline collection.
