Add session support to memo #120

As described in the first comment in #119.

memo clients do not currently support specifying hostname, let alone a session.

memo does not currently support selecting TCP/Unix/Both, currently hard coded to Unix. memo could provide 'recv' and 'send' functions, which would allow for forwarding to another memo (although that's probably crazy)
