TMC: msg(MSG, "text") gets translated to lower case on Linux (at least) #166

Not all uppercase keyword are affected, but perhaps this is because the lowercase version has already been seen.

It seems to be tmc that is doing it, as msg(MSG is present in the generated tmc code.
