2nd Command client does not quit on quit #91

All command clients should recognize when the server is terminating. Need to figure out how to make that happen

This is a problem when experiment terminates via algorithm control and the keyboard client is remote. Is it not getting the quit message? Or should I make the command writer protocol bidirectional?
