Need to see if we capture the Oculus monitor when adding a monitor #10

Not sure if this is going on but whoever has the Oculus needs to test this (Brian).

Tested this today and it works. Only issue is when you switch to a new desktop then you have accept the admin rights on the desktop with the Oculus off for it to work.
