GNU-Linux: Window doesn't minimize after a command as on windows #125

This problem was introduced by 0.9.13 since the button dialog was brought back for account accesses which on GNU-Linux blocks the Window from being minimized

Probably need to show the dialog's contents inside the main window instead of as a separate window
