Fixed display for some rules, changed composition where possible (not working for characters currently). Fixed some options.

@nthiebes fixed the remaining rules linking issues to whfb.app and the champions for TK were missing from rules-map.js so added these. Appreciate that's not the ideal method, and you're probably going to just run from the term "Champion" in future, but for now this lets it show correctly.
