restrict daemonic locus only icons to heralds #187

Two of the common icons can only be taken by a Herald with the Locus, but will appear as an option for other banner users because of their low cost.

An alternate solution would be to remove 'daemonic-icon-common' from all standard bearers that are not Heralds because they cannot take the only remaining common options because of the points limit.

I guess in the case since we don't expect any new magic items for legacy factions we can also just remove the daemonic-icon-common as you proposed.
