Minor corrections and consolidation of army data

Consolidated data:

- Add missing spaces between some universal rules and amount.
- Change some words to lowercase or first letter to uppercase where it
  was not consistent.
- Change armor to armour
- Fix typo in Swifstride -> Swiftstride
