Base16 implementation #2

hello! nice work here! i really like this theme and i would like to port to others editors like helix and emacs. however i’m very new to this theme creation/porting thing and then i have one question: would you mind if possible, to make a base16 version of this theme?

Hmm, it's harder than I thought. It may take me some time to figure out how base16 works 😭

I kown 😭! I already tried to migrate to base16 but I didn’t understand how it works and how I could migrate komau to 16 colors 😭

ok, I’m also a theme maker newbie so I don’t know how to start even

but do not bother about time!
