This feature gives users the functionality to redeem an Append DRT and be added as a data contributor. For a user to be added as a data contributor they will need to do the following:
Opt into the append drt asset
Purchase the append drt asset
Opt into the contributor token
Submit a group transaction with one transaction from the contributor redeeming (transferring the append drt asset back to the smart contract and another transaction from the enclave that validates the new incoming data.
