Hello, I was asked to run your pipeline on some data and thought I'd just catalog my installation method to simplify the process for others who may want to do the same.

Happy to help. The installation instructions should work for the foreseeable future. Biggest danger is that interproscan changes the addresses/names for the files that need to be downloaded.
