There is a problem with the information from supernode #1048

The output information of supernode from 5645:

  1. reg_cmnts is always 1 larger than it is.
  2. "LAST SEEN" is too big sometimes. when edge's network is disconnected.

I have the same issue with the second one, I have disconnected one edge(10.0.0.5) for over night but the LAST SEEN is still update continously to be a huge number,seens it cannot be proper determinated and updated for the connection status transfer. see the snap below
