Implement ndpi_fill_ip_domain_category #2381

Similar to ndpi_fill_ip_category, this is to request the implementation of ndpi_fill_ip_domain_category() to which a domain name is passed

No longer necessary. Probably better to rename ndpi_fill_ip_protocol_category() (that accepts both IP addresses and host names) as the name is not appropriate
