Implement OAUTH/SAML Support #1719

ntopng LDAP user authentication needs to be complemented with more modern OAUTH/SAML protocol support as provided by toolkits such as keycloak.org

@lucaderi Any thoughts if this could be implemented? The issue is 4 years old but still a very good idea!
