Supported ZMQ addresses (in both ntopng and nProbe) are IPv4-only. This ticket is to request IPv6 support. Example tcp://[2001:470:b3cf:11:9c0b:2f69:c2a9:b639]:6382

Depends on https://github.com/ntop/nProbe/issues/548
