Invalid chart update #7095

As new data is available (e.g. when visualising the last 5 minutes of data), charts need to be refreshed. In all ntopng charts as in the example below

as new data arrives, data is scrolled left and the oldest measurement is gone. In the new charts, this policy is not honoured.

and periodically the chart is completely refreshed.

This ticket is to restore in new charts the scrolling behaviour as present in all other existing charts.

Verified as implemented. Please check if the animation could be removed
