[nEdge] request for a captive portal page with implemented logout feature from captive portal

What would you like to add or change?:

A slightly different captive portal page, possibly with an easy-to-remember URL, that comprehends also a "logout" button to manage manual logout during a session. If the page can also tell the current user (if any), that will be very good.

Why do you and others need this?:

That should result in the following requisites to be fullfilled:

• let a user have the chance to login as a different user on this page (even if it is already authorized) => it is already working this way, and it is brilliant. It is only difficult to remember the URL
• let a user have the chance to logout from its current captive portal user => at the moment there is no "logout" button, if this button can be added, and visible only when a valid user has been authorized, that would be great, the important thing is that the "login form" must always be as it is now, to permit login as another user everytime it will be needed.

Said that, currently the only way I know to log me out, is by loading https:///lua/logout.lua or http:///lua/logout.lua but by doing this I lose also the configuration interface and if I try to log back in I can't, and I need to close and re-open a browser to the nEdge page. Is there a specific lua script to be loaded in order to logout only from the captive portal without losing any active configuration session in the nEdge page?

This enhancement consists of 2 parts:

• [ ] Add a logout button to the captive login page visible when the user is logged in
• [ ] Log only the Captive user out when using the logout functionality (currently logout.lua), and keep the ntopng user logged if any
