Enhance detection with DHCP information reported by nProbe #7972

As of today if nProbe reports DHCP information, this is ignored by ntopng.

It would be desirable to support -T="@NTOPNG@ %DHCP_CLIENT_MAC %DHCP_CLIENT_IP %DHCP_CLIENT_NAME %DHCP_REMOTE_ID %DHCP_SUBSCRIBER_ID %DHCP_MESSAGE_TYPE"

and fill up the host page
