Enhance Service Map with Forbidden Communications #8102

When the service map (past training) has default set to deny, when a communication that is not allowed is reported, such communication triggers an alert. This is to request to

report forbidden communications in the service map
add a new "mode" in the service map that allows forbidden communications to be displayed
