Host first seen timestamp not cached #8467

Environment:

What happened: The host information "first seen" is not cached when restarting ntopng. Cache settings:

For security analysis it would be great if first seen is never over written, or store this information in clickhouse. Thank you!

How did you reproduce it?

Debug Information:

First seen value should not be overwritten when the ntopng instance is restarted for security reasons
