Add Backup LDAP Server #8671

This is to request the ability to specify two LDAP servers for authentication that work as follows

in case the first server is not available, contact the secondary one
in case a user is not present in the first server, check the secondary one if it contains the user
if the first server accepts/denies a user, there is no need to contact the secondary one

Hi, could you also please make the LDAPS server configurable in a way, that allows to set different groups for admins/users per LDAPS server?

Also, could you please allow the LDAPS server to be configured, such that users from one server can only access as normal users and admin access is not possible?
